This tea reminds me of a nice warm apple crisp. Fantastic flavour if you're into strong cinnamon - type flavours!
I had an issue with my machine when it first arrived. The shop was very responsive to my issue and arranged a video call to help me troubleshoot and get it resolved quickly.
Just working on dialing in my shots now but very happy with the look and feel of the machine so far and the service from the shop was excellent - very helpful and very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Fits my Rancillio Silvia very well. You can see that it is a precision piece and it works well. I'm new at this so I don't know if it is that much better than the stock Rancillio basket. But I have moved from a 14g to an 18g - which is good.

I’ve used these for four years. I used to have grit accumulate at the bottom of the water reservoir of my Mozafiato. With this in my tank, nothing at all - squeaky clean after months! Results may vary depending on your water but I get scale in my other appliances (Insinkerator instant hot appliance, drip coffee machine, fridge dispenser drip collection plate).
