Roasting Notes: To fully appreciate its remarkable flavors, it's recommended to roast Gakuyuni coffee light, avoiding the onset of the 2nd cracks. Aim for around 25 seconds past the 1st cracks, though going slightly lighter enhances its distinctive qualities.
