It's not a huge shop but they have a wide variety of products. The two staff members thay I spoke too were super polite and engaged in the discussion. Loved the experience, would recommend that anyone passing by that general area to give them a visit.

Very happy with this Belezza. Great value for a dual boiler. Looks great in matte black. The display shows both temperature for boiler and steam. Menu is user friendly and easy to use. Steam boiler takes a bit longer to heat up, but within 5 minutes its ready. Only nitpick is the steamwand lever, its too big and I ended up having to take it off as it would not fit under my cabinet.
It was very easy to configure and the coffee is tasty. So far so good!

The De'Longhi Combination All-in-One Coffee, Espresso & Latte Machine - COM532M is just great. It was easy to set up and easy to learn how to use it. It makes very good drip coffee and the bold button takes it to the next level. Espresso and latte drinks are getting better as my skills improve.
