The machine itself is a fantastic upgrade, making it easy to dial in, save settings, and create repeatably great shots. This is my first Mahlkonig product and it won't be my last. The open-box deal was a great price and the grinder showed up pretty quickly and it was packaged perfectly. It was brand new and included everything that it was supposed to have. Well worth the money, good transaction overall. Highly recommend, I'll definitely order from them again.

After purchasing a POS varia vs6 elsewhere (do not recommend) I was back to square one. Decided to research much deeper and just bite the bullet on price. No it’s not cheap, but it makes a timemore or eureka look like a children’s toy in comparison. The Mazzer Philos is hands down a lifetime piece. It’s built like a tank, it makes coffee that surpasses most coffee shops, and is absolutely perfect in every way. The shipping and order process was very easy and Kitchen Barista were fantastic to deal with. 10/10 highly recommend.
