How Repair Works
How Repair Works
Machine Drop-Off / Shipping
If you are in the Greater Toronto Area, drop your machine off to our service centre during business hours.
If you live further, give us a call (+1 (888) 936-6422) or reach out via email (service@thekitchenbarista.com) to request a shipping label to have your machine sent over for an inspection.
Inspection & Diagnosis
Our technicians will inspect your machine and provide you with a detailed diagnosis and repair plan.
Fee: $100 + any shipping costs incurred. The inspection fee will be refunded as credit towards any repair costs if you approve the repair.
Approve & Repair
Once you have had an opportunity to review the repair plan, our technicians will perform the necessary work using genuine parts. The lead technician assigned to your case will be in direct contact to keep you updated throughout the process.
Back to Brewing!
Once complete, we will notify you to arrange a pick-up (or shipment) so you can get back to brewing.
We understand that a malfunctioning espresso machine can disrupt your daily routine or business operations. That’s why The Kitchen Barista offers emergency repair services and convenient on-site repairs throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Our skilled technicians will come directly to your location to diagnose and fix your machine quickly, minimizing downtime and keeping your coffee flowing without interruption.
On-site service calls within a 25 km radius are free of travel fees. For locations beyond 25 km, a travel fee of $1/km will be applied.
