Don't get me wrong; this is a great machine at a great price. However, my first unit had a faulty pump. I contacted TKB, and they sent me a replacement unit as soon as possible. I recommend letting TKB bench test the machine before shipping it to you. It has good build quality and is very solid. It has a very fast heat-up time and switches to steam mode quickly. However, because of the faulty pump in my first unit, I gave the machine 4 stars, but I will give 5 stars for customer service. Overall, 4.5 stars.

Really enjoying the Profitec Go. Purchased it as open box. It was definitely brand new and unused. I would not hesitate to buy open box from them again.

The Profitec Go is a fantastic machine. It is very well built.
The fast heat up mode is great. It is ready to brew in under 10 minutes.
It is more forgiving with the tamp than other comparable machines as the pump is stronger than most. A slight over tamp does not mean wasted coffee like with lesser machines.
The stock tamper is good quality and all that is needed.
The PID menu is easy to use.
I much prefer the Go to a Silvia with a PID upgrade which I also owned.
I do have one complaint. The 2 hole steam wand tip is not user friendly. I have made quality micro-foam with a variety of machines and have to say the stock Go tip is difficult to use, to say the least. I bought an aftermarket single hole tip and it is far easier to make micro-foam with. The Go should come with both tips or single hole only.
I would give it a rating on 4.5 but rounded up as the machine is great other than the steam tip.

Love this tamper! Quality construction, materials, and feel. The result is a much better espresso shot, consistent every time! My order was processed and shipped quickly and smoothly.

Fantastic experience at The Barista Kitchen and Gifts. I purchased an espresso machine and grinder, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, explain the differences between models, and make sure I left with the right setup.

I received my coffee in excellent condition. It was well packaged by Kitchen Barista. Receiving the coffee was a bit slow due to all the crap of recent US tariffs and trade constraints, but this was no fault of Kitchen Barista. I will order from them again.

I am absolutely loving this syrup both in lattes and mixed in club soda as reccomended on the bottle. Definitely will be ordering again

This toaster is an excellent product. I was impressed with the customer service. When I ordered the toaster, it was out of stock. An email from Customer Service stated that the toaster would be in stock in one week. The toaster was shipped one week later and arrived two days later.
