Free Gift Policy
Free gifts are offered as part of select promotional offers and are subject to strict eligibility requirements. By placing an order that includes a free gift, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility of Products
Free gifts apply only to brand new espresso machines that are explicitly marked as qualifying for a free gift promotion.
Free gifts do not apply to:
- Open-box items
- Refurbished products
- Bundles or packaged deals
- Clearance or discounted items
- Any product not explicitly listed as eligible
Unless otherwise stated, free gifts are not transferable between products or promotions.
2. Free Gift Quantity Limits
Free gifts are limited to the quantity specified in the promotion.
- If a customer attempts to manually increase the quantity of a free gift (for example, changing 1 free item to 2), the system will automatically remove the free gift from the cart.
- Free gifts cannot be duplicated, substituted, or exchanged for cash or store credit.
3. Product-Specific Validation & Abuse Prevention
Free gifts are tied directly to the qualifying product that triggered the promotion.
- If a qualifying product is removed from the cart, the associated free gift(s) will also be removed.
- If a customer attempts to apply free gifts from one qualifying product to a different machine or to a non-qualifying item, the free gift(s) will be removed from the order.
4. Checkout & Order Review
All free gift eligibility is:
- Validated in the cart
- Revalidated at checkout
- Reviewed prior to fulfillment
Orders that do not meet free gift eligibility requirements may be:
- Adjusted to remove free gift items, or
- Placed on hold for review, or
- Cancelled at our discretion
5. Final Terms
- Free gifts are available while supplies last.
- We reserve the right to modify or end free gift promotions at any time without notice.
- In the event of a conflict, our internal eligibility rules and this policy take precedence.
