Very user friendly and easy to personalize. Coffee, espresso and specialty drinks surpassed my expectations. So rich and smooth. Thought I might have issue without Americano and hot water spout however that was easily overcome. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking to enter the Jura family. I'm convinced that I got the most bang for my buck with this DF64 Gen 2.5. I opted for the Red Titanium Burrs since the option was not too expensive. I'm very happy with this machine. It's heavy and seems to be built to last
