Although I wasn't enamoured with the grey colour of the C1 and was sorry to discover the carpet cleaner attachment from my old Continuum vacuum did not fit the Classic C1, the unprompted offer by Kitchen Barista to send me a matching sold-out sale C1 machine at the same discounted price was much appreciated and a sign of a vendor who cares.

Very user friendly and easy to personalize. Coffee, espresso and specialty drinks surpassed my expectations. So rich and smooth. Thought I might have issue without Americano and hot water spout however that was easily overcome. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking to enter the Jura family. I have and will continue to recommend The Kitchen Barista to anyone looking to purchase a machine or any other coffee product.
