I'm new to the world of espresso and did my share of research. I learned that the grinder is at least as important as the espresso machine, but I had a budget. I'm convinced that I got the most bang for my buck with this DF64 Gen 2.5. I opted for the Red Titanium Burrs since the option was not too expensive. I'm very happy with this machine. It's heavy and seems to be built to last

I had been searching for the larger 160 oz Airscape for quite a while and was happy to find Kitchen Barista carried it. Very nice and efficient machine. Can easily be customized to our needs. It does take a while to understand the recipes and the effect of the intensity and quantity adjustments. It is practically impossible to find complete detailed information on this. Delonghi could do a lot better on this.
