The grinder is performing as expected but it does take trial and error to get the grind level right using the knob on the top of the machine. It is a guessing game really but after 5 or 6 espressos you get to where you need to be. However I knew this when I bought it. VERY VERY a silent , much more quiet than my LELIT Mara coffee machine also bought on kitchen barista. I thought Kitchen Barista used Puralator. Canada post was used. If I had known that I would not have ordered it. Our community is banning use of CP after the holiday season strike.
