I am new to espresso, but I wanted to recreate the wonderful espresso from Portugal for my wife, she is Portuguese and misses it a lot. This grinder made it easy, using 14 g of Portuguese (Delta) beans and adjusting grind level to a final 7 I could get two short (15 g) 'cafes' as we like, with a short 20 sec extraction.
the machine is solid, it is not noisy, I don't need to spray the beans as there is no issues with static, and the retention is pretty low, 0.2-0.4 g. I love it.

I stopped taking any coffee sweeteners in my coffee 5 years ago and looked for a flavored coffee that wasn't to chemically tasting or fake flavour simulation and I found that in the Zavida hazelnut vanilla 😋

It isn’t one of those necessary accessories but it’s a nice to have. The quality is great and sturdy. The tubes are made of plastic, in case it matters to some of you.
