This unit seems to be built better than my previous Keurigs. I like the fact it heats up quickly. It has a good sized water tank. The needles don't seem to clog as quickly as the home units. If you select the "strong" option, the coffee is noticeably stronger, unlike other machines I have owned. Only time will tell if this machine will be reliable for a long time. I suspect it will.
