This is the best decaf tea I have found. Great flavour. Order was easily placed and arrived quickly. The one negative is the barrage of promo emails that follow several times a day. These started immediatlely and efforts to block have failed. It is very annoying.

Seemless experience
We ordered Jamaican me crazy but customs held up the coffee for extended time. Reached out and they apologized, which was not there fault. Offered a refund and were not sure we're the product was. Will definitely be ordering again, was not the kitchen Barista faults. Believe it had alot to do with Christmas time and customs.
