At The Kitchen Barista, if you find a lower price online, in-store, or in print before your purchase or within 30 days after buying, we’ll match the price.*
*The Kitchen Barista reserves the right to make the final decision on Price Match requests. Limitations apply. See below for the full Price Match Policy.
Please note: We do not honour Price Match requests for products sold during special promotional periods, including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day/Week.
How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, first confirm the product qualifies under our policy.
Eligibility Criteria

For purchases already made:
The product must have been purchased within the last 30 days from The Kitchen Barista (in-store or online at www.thekitchenbarista.com). -
Product requirements:
The item must be identical to the one sold by The Kitchen Barista (e.g., size, model, brand, color, and quantity). -
Pricing details:
The price must be listed in Canadian dollars and include all associated costs such as fees and shipping. -
Seller location:
The product must be sold and shipped by a Canadian retailer or authorized dealer. -
Availability:
The product must be in stock, ready for immediate sale and shipment (same or next day). -
Exclusions:
- Promotional pricing (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day)
- Advertising errors or misprints
- Special pricing such as educational discounts, rebates, or clearance sales

Amazon.ca requests:
Only items sold directly by Amazon.ca qualify (exclusions apply for Amazon Prime). -
Other exclusions:
We do not match prices from third-party sellers, marketplace vendors, auction sites, or membership-based retailers.
We Do Not Honour Price Matches For:
- Consumables like coffee, tea, syrups, sauces, and single-serve capsules (e.g., Keurig, Nespresso).
- Replacement parts for coffee or espresso machines.
- Prices tied to bundles, instant rebates, or financing offers.
- Minimum purchase quantity deals.
- Damaged, used, or refurbished products.
- Misprinted or inaccurate pricing.
- Items not in stock at The Kitchen Barista.
The Kitchen Barista reserves the right to limit quantities to one (1) per Price Match request.
How to Submit a Price Match Request

For a previously purchased product:
- Online purchases: Submit your request via our website. You’ll receive a response within 1 business day, and if approved, credit will be issued within 7 business days.*
- In-store purchases: Bring proof of the lower price (flyer, ad, or web link) and your receipt to any The Kitchen Barista location. Requests must be made in-store and cannot be processed over the phone.*

For a new purchase:

Visit any The Kitchen Barista store with proof of the lower price before purchasing. If approved, we’ll match the price at checkout.

If you can’t visit a store, purchase the product at www.thekitchenbarista.com, and then submit a Price Match request online for credit.*

*Requests made within 1-7 days of purchase will be refunded to the original payment method. Requests made within 8-30 days will receive store credit.
