SHIPPING INFORMATION - CANADA

For orders under $60, a flat shipping rate of $8.99 applies. Orders of $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

The KITCHEN Barista offers free shipping within Canada on orders with a minimum value of $60 (before taxes and after discounts). Please be aware that some remote areas may have exceptions. We use a range of couriers, including UPS, Canada Post, and local carriers, to provide the best pricing and delivery times. The selection of courier is at our discretion to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please note: Free shipping is available only on orders over $60.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - USA

For orders under $45 USD, a shipping charge of $14.99 will be applied. If your order totals $45 USD or more, you’ll enjoy free standard shipping.

The Kitchen Barista provides shipping across the continental United States, though some remote areas may be excluded. Our logistics team will select the best courier to ensure your package is delivered promptly and efficiently. Orders over $45 USD are shipped at no cost to you, with all taxes and duties covered by The Kitchen Barista.

Please note: Due to specific vendor and distribution agreements, certain products are restricted from being shipped outside of Canada.

 

SHIPPING TIME FRAME

Shipments within Canada typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while deliveries to the United States usually take 2-5 business days. We aim to ship orders within 1 business day of purchase. If there is any issue or delay with your delivery, you will receive an email notification directly from the shipping company.

Currently, we offer shipping across Canada and the United States, with the following exceptions:

  • PO Boxes
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and select U.S. territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico
  • Canadian Northern Territories

    SHIPPING SURCHARGES

    Please note that some remote areas within Canada have limited delivery services, leading to higher shipping costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping to these locations. However, we have secured competitive rates with FedEx and Canada Post, which you can take advantage of.

    Once your order is received, we will contact you with the applicable shipping surcharge. We apologize in advance for any delays or inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

    PICK UP OPTIONS


    You can pick up any online product order at our Vaughan location (north of Toronto), regardless of the order amount, subject to stock availability. After receiving your order confirmation, please wait for the "Ready-for-Pickup" email or call before heading to the store. Typically, your order will be ready for pickup 2-3 business days. If you urgently need your item, it's a good idea to call the store in advance to confirm same-day availability. There is no pickup fee.

    For equipment, espresso machines, and select orders, photo ID and/or the credit card used for the purchase will be required to collect your items. This measure is in place to prevent fraud and ensure you receive the correct order. Please bring your photo ID or the credit card used for the purchase with you when picking up your order. The store is open from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
