The new 15amp model works great in my older kitchen. Before when it was 20amp, I was hesitant to buy the Duo. Now, I can steam directly after I pour my shot (I haven't tried it simultaneously yet as I prefer to watch my shot). If you're thinking of getting a dual boiler, consider getting the Duo. The Duo Plus is not a better value, but it's nice to have the added extras!

My interactions started with the online chat feature, very responsive to answer some questions and ultimately ending up in a long distance travel to the store. Product demo, sample espressos. Ordered via online a few days later, received promptly, all as expected. Overall a great client experience. Practicing dialing in the Bianca and looks wonderful in the coffee bar.

Gloria Jean’s butter toffee is the best one I’ve tried, and often difficult to find. It’s a treat that is fat free!
It may be ‘just’ a bit bigger than your use too…. BUT, this grinder is a beast. Perfect grind by timer - single or double shot, and little to no mess on the counter. Very easy to program and micro adjust the grind.
