I ordered half a dozen Monin syrups in glass bottles, along with pumps and a stand to use for events. Two bottles arrived that weren’t what I had ordered and weren’t compatible with the pumps. I reached out, and the team responded right away and quickly corrected the issue. Great customer service and very happy with the resolution.
Using the pump is much more convenient and less messy than pouring from the bottle. It is also easier to measure to get consistent taste. So far so good.
Ordered one day and shipped the next - great service.
