What you get

• Programmable volumetric dosing: four dose buttons per group, set by flow meter. The shot stops at the programmed volume regardless of who is on bar, which is what holds drink quality steady through staff turnover.
• 14 L steam boiler: steam capacity for continuous milk service across both groups without pressure sag.

Choosing within the Aurelia Wave range

Volumetric is the standard choice for most cafes. Digit adds a display with shot timers and on-the-fly temperature setting. T3 gives each group independent temperature control of group, brew water and steam for multi-roast programmes. The Semi-Automatic drops volumetrics entirely for full manual control.
