Nuova Simonelli Aurelia Wave 2 Group Volumetric T3 Commercial Espresso Machine

The Aurelia Wave T3 is the top thermal specification of Nuova Simonelli's flagship platform, and the T3 name is the point: three independent temperature controls per group, one each for the group head, the brew water and the steam boiler, every one on its own PID. Two coffees at two different brew temperatures can run side by side on the same machine.

What you get

• T3 thermal system: independent PID control of group, brew water and steam per group. Change the brew temperature on group one and group two does not move. This is the technology developed for competition machines, in a production chassis.
• Programmable volumetric dosing: flow-metered dose buttons per group for repeatable yields.
• 14 L steam boiler: steam capacity for continuous milk service across both groups.
• Display with shot timers and temperature readouts: live data on the bar for dialling in.

Choosing within the Aurelia Wave range

T3 exists for one job: running different coffees at different temperatures at the same time, with the stability to hold each setting through a rush. If you serve a single espresso blend at one temperature, the Digit or Volumetric does the same daily work for less.

Multi-roaster bars, roastery flagships running single origins beside a house blend, and competition training rooms.

Special order, typically 6 to 12 weeks. 220V, dedicated circuit required. A water softening system is mandatory: scale damage is not covered under warranty. Available in Black, White or Red. EasyCream automatic milk-foaming wand available as a factory option.
