Choosing within the Aurelia Wave range

Digit gives the readouts and temperature control most specialty bars use daily. T3 is the step up when different coffees need different temperatures simultaneously; the standard Volumetric is the step down when nobody ever touches the temperature.

Best suited to

High-volume specialty cafes rotating coffees seasonally, where the machine runs three groups at peak and gets re-dialled every week.
