Nuova Simonelli Aurelia Wave 3 Group Volumetric T3 Commercial Espresso Machine

The three-group Aurelia Wave T3 is the largest and most thermally capable machine in Nuova Simonelli's flagship range. Each of the three groups carries independent PID control of group head, brew water and steam: three coffees at three different brew temperatures can run at once on one machine.

Choosing within the Aurelia Wave range

The T3 earns its price only if you run multiple coffees at different temperatures simultaneously. For a single blend at one temperature, the three-group Digit or Volumetric delivers the same throughput for considerably less.

Roastery flagships and multi-roaster destination bars running a full single-origin espresso menu beside a house blend at genuine volume.

Special order, typically 6 to 12 weeks. 220V, dedicated circuit required. A water softening system is mandatory: scale damage is not covered under warranty. Available in Black, White or Red. EasyCream automatic milk-foaming wand available as a factory option.
