The G60 Digital is Nuova Simonelli's lower-volume commercial grinder: 60 mm flat burrs with digital timed dosing, sized for bars pulling under roughly a hundred shots a day and for serious home setups that want a commercial-format grinder.

Where it sits in the range

The G60 is the step below the MDXS pair. If daily volume is genuinely low or the grinder is a decaf or second-coffee station, the G60 covers it; a primary grinder on a busy two-group bar should be the MDXS Core or Digit with 65 mm burrs.

Low-volume cafes, decaf and guest-coffee positions on a bigger bar, offices, and prosumer home setups.
