Available in five geometries, these burrs sharpen grind consistency and unlock more clarity and sweetness in the cup.
Why upgrade to SSP burrs
- Five geometry options: HU/High for single-dose and lighter roasts; LU/Low for multi-purpose use; BP for cupping and batch grinding; Brewing for filter-focused grinding; and 'Lab Sweet' (Cast, inspired by Ditting) for extra sweetness and clarity in the cup.
- Two coating options: choose Red Speed (TiAlCN — Titanium Aluminium Carbon Nitride) for a slightly higher friction coefficient favoured for espresso, or Silver Knight (DLC — Diamond-like Carbon) for filter/bulk grinding with subtly lower fines production and enhanced clarity in the cup.
- Built to last: both coatings increase surface hardness and reduce heat transfer during grinding — SSP rates these burrs for up to 5,000kg of coffee.
