I needed a machine that would heat up quickly, would handle the occasional family visits where everyone wants a milk based drink, can steam quick while brewing, had a good size water tank, PID, had good accessories that I wouldn’t need to buy anything extra and had great build quality. This was the right machine for me. It hit all the marks easily and have been very happy with it so far.
