"Their attention to detail is quite Impressive on the machine". Just got the Lelit Bianca V3 two weeks ago. Shipped all the way to Vancouver Island, even the double box it came in was really something. "Leyla and the folk at The Kitchen Barista" where good to deal with, They would answer your emails, and return calls. This was the reason I bought my Lelit V3 from The Kitchen Barista. I will recommend them to my friends. Thanks PS; I would like to know a little more regarding the warranty
Product was open box but truly in pristine condition and never used.
Was looking for an upgrade from my Rancilio Silvia after a few years and hummed and hawed over dual boiler vs Heat exchange. I ended up with my Bianca and haven't regretted my choice. The shots I get are consistent and predictable from a machine of this quality. Temperatures are stable while brewing in both small and larger quantities. I've had no problems making 8-10 lattes at once for parties and the Bianca barely breaks a sweat. Excellent steam power and it's great to have the option between 2 and 4 hole wand tips.
There are very few if any complaints with this machine and most are just nit picks. Heat Up time for the steam boiler is quite long, but very average among competitors. Invest in a smart plug for the Early mornings. Have had some rattling of the reservoir cover occasionally, but is easily fixed by reseating it. Also had the shower screen come in improperly seated and had to remove and reattach it to get an distribution, but has since posed no issues.
Thrilled with my upgrade and will likely be using this daily for years to come!
I ordered an open box machine, I received an email 2 hours later that the open box machine was unavailable so they were sending a brand new machine for the same price. Great service!
