The grinder was not working out of the box but the seller contacted me and offered a Google meeting to solve the issues. It’s now working well and was not too difficult to dial in.

Beyond thrilled to find this tea here as they use it at our local Mcdonalds and its the best tasting tea ever! Howver I can only find it locally in kurieg pods or on amazon for quadrupal the price. Very happy to have discovered this store. :)

Second time purchasing and I’m way beyond happy! This is the only place that I can find that sells my tea since TAZO seems to have discontinued it in the U.S. I ordered 10 boxes of tea and received 12! I’m not sure if that was on purpose or by mistake but I’m still super happy! Thank you, definitely will continue to purchase when I need more!

beautiful machine, and it came with coordinating tamper and all the accessories you need to begin pouring kickass shots! loving the process of dialling in exactly how we like our coffee, its a massive jump from “well its better than starbucks” on our old automatic machine to "might be better than the best legit place in town” with this gorgeous little beast.
