I drink cappuccino, my wife Americano. The fruity notes of this coffee make it a fantastic tasting experience. The perfume of the beans hints what you will get in the cup. I use an Eureka Stark grinder and an Ascaso Steel duo for my espresso. This beans make the whole combo shine
