Tried this on ice cream and added to a store bought latte - experimented with how much - really enjoyed it!
I upgraded from a de longi art dedica ec-885m with a manual crank grinder. I dont mind the bigger footprint and longer heat up time. Paired with a new DF64 grinder, I think i have a dream setup that most average homeowners would drool over. Of course their are better and more bad a$$ setups out there but I am happy with mine. I was debating between Matt black and the SS finish. Went with black even tho my kithen is all white and Grey and I dont regret it at all. Thank you to Taha for the ongoing guidance on this purchase

The low retention was a factor concerning my choice. What was a plus was the RPM control over the shots, that no extra money was needed with a choice of excellent burrs and the sleek design.
No regrets at all paying a premium price with this nice machine. The build quality is top notch.

I have both of these canister sizes, and my thought is that as far as i can tell they work well for removing air.
I would like to purchase the largest size, but reviews have said that it is very flimsy so i am leery about buying it.
Overall i would recommend the small and medium Airscapes
