We upgraded from an entry-level home espresso machine (Breville Barista Express) and do not regret upgrading. This machine exceeds our expectations and I do believe it is the best machine for home use considering the price point. It is user friendly but yet allows you to configure various settings to your liking. It heats up very quickly and the steam wand is much more powerful compared
to our previous machine. The quality and finish of the materials used in the machine and accessories are great considering the price point.
The Kitchen Barista customer service is great. They answered questions quickly and were very helpful. Lastly, the shipping was extremely fast.

We love our decaf van houtte vanilla hazelnut coffee first thing in the morning. K-cups are so easy and I take a coffee to go on my way to work. It's yummy with a bit of cream.
