Love the quality of coffee, ease of use and customization ability of this Miele CM6360 machine. Makes us wonder why we waited so long to get one! Well worth the investment. It's gorgeous too.

Have had it for just a few days so far but am very impressed. It was easy to set up and use. It’s very important to have a good grinder to go with this machine and we bought a Fiorenzato/San Remo All Ground at the same time. The steaming is incredible. We only have it on the middle setting and it creates wonderful micro foam. It was also easy to set up the app which you use to control some of the parameters. We bought a plumb in kit at the same time and this would be my only criticism. There are no directions that come with it and those on line are terrible. Not sure what I am going to do about this at the moment. Fortunately, the water tank is large and easy to fill. This is not a cheap machine but definitely worth it.
Kitchen Baristas are by far one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Two stores in London where I purchased a special coffee for my wife closed and I could not find it anywhere. I contacted the producer in the US and they would not ship to Canada, guess what, Kitchen Barista did. My first order was placed and in less than 2 hours was on a truck to London with a tracking number. I have now placed many more orders and 5 star rating is not high enough.
The best hot chocolate. Not sweet tasting. A little slow on service but understandable due to Postal service issue.

I love this grinder, it’s so sleek and grinds espresso extremely well. But what I love even more is the Kitchen Baristas customer service! They’re always super helpful and friendly - making sure you receive the best experience and coffee :)
My order has arrived, it was delayed because of the postal strike, but I got an email with an update and it arrived on Tuesday, December 10.

This espresso machine is an absolute game-changer! It delivers rich, café-quality espresso right at home, and the ease of use is fantastic. The build quality wow solid. Every other site seemed to have an automated support team but with the Kitchen Barista was clearly talking to a guy to works there. He knew so much, was very personable and responded so fast. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
