Well built and fun to use! The steam wand has been hard getting used to but that’ll take time. I have gone through 3 different machines in the last 2 months and I’m happy with this one. It has a nice charm to it and I love looking at it.

Ordered a new pop up early December and it arrived with a faulty prime valve. The team and Vagif specifically were quick to address my concerns, provide me options to fix it and expedite shipping of a replacement part while covering the cost of the repair and supplies. I am very happy with the Quick Mill Pop-Up. I upgraded from a Gaggia Baby. The PID and the ability to adjust the pressure really make a difference with the shots. I’m able to make a good espresso easily with beans I struggled with before.

The Kitchen Barista was a pleasure to deal with. Easy to order, the shipping was hassle free and it came on time. I also had some technical questions about the new machine. Vagif got back to me promptly and answered all my questions. I would definitely buy from them again.
