The Lelit Bianca V3 really lives up to the hype and I’m glad I stretched my budget to make it happen. There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way and customer service was excellent. Zero complaints and I’ll certainly be a returning customer.

My interactions started with the online chat feature, very responsive to answer some questions and ultimately ending up in a long distance travel to the store. Product demo, sample espressos. Ordered via online a few days later, received promptly, all as expected. Overall a great client experience. Practicing dialing in the Bianca and looks wonderful in the coffee bar.
