Absolutely stellar service and great communication. They were able to fulfill my special request, my machine arrived early and in perfect condition and so far it has been a joy to use. Built very well, fast heat up time excellent steam power and the pressure profiling is very fun to experiment with. I would definitely recommend doing business with them due to their great customer service and unbeatable prices!
