Overall, very satisfied with the Duo Plus. It’s a considerable price jump from the Uno but there were enough perks to make me take the leap. I make lots of lattes so being able to pull a shot and steam in parallel is great. The steam wand also has plenty of power my needs. The heat up time is also incredibly fast (just minutes).
Dialing in my espresso was considerably harder than my previous (Breville) machine but various Youtube videos detailing all the settings saved lots of time. I also found that a puck screen made a big difference in consistency of flow/channeling.
Very happy dealing with KitchenBarista as well. Would totally recommend them.

this grinder is an essential piece of equipment for our coffee shop. In fact we bought two of them. As long as you clean the grind chamber regularly and make sure not to abuse the load sensor or associated components, it will work flawlessly for a very long time.
Love the digital dosing cup, reduces clutter and looks good on the counter.
The items I ordered were delayed slightly. Very good and prompt communication about it and they said they'd send a slightly larger volume bottle, no extra charge!
