Very user friendly and easy to personalize. Coffee, espresso and specialty drinks surpassed my expectations. So rich and smooth. Thought I might have issue without Americano and hot water spout however that was easily overcome. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking to enter the Jura family. I have and will continue to recommend The Kitchen Barista to anyone looking to purchase a machine or any other coffee product. I have used them in the past and can only say,their customer service is exceptional
