I am very happy with the Quick Mill Pop-Up. I upgraded from a Gaggia Baby. The PID and the ability to adjust the pressure really make a difference with the shots. I’m able to make a good espresso easily with beans I struggled with before.
The Kitchen Barista was a pleasure to deal with. Easy to order, the shipping was hassle free and it came on time. I also had some technical questions about the new machine. Vagif got back to me promptly and answered all my questions. I would definitely buy from them again.
Was not sure about ordering from the Kitchen Barista, but I took a chance. It was delayed, but they kept me up to date and I got it just after Xmas. I am upgrading from my Breville barista express after 5 years. Even though the Breville is an appliance machine(lots of plastic, incl the group head) it still took me a few years to finally dial it in, where all my shots tasted great. This Quick Mill Pippa so far is great, but have not dial in my espresso shots perfectly yet, but I am getting close. I chose this machine not only because of the price, but for the simplicity of it. I am sure if I got a dual boiler, PID, etc it would be great, but I wanted something I could use without having to learn a whole bunch of different controls. And this is a basic prosumer espresso machine. So far so good. I kind of wish there was more how to videos on youtube but so far, no complaints.
Grinder is super quiet and consistent. It seems very well built and hopefully will last many years.
I have had numerous DeLonghi’s over the years and this is one of the best. My daughter loves the cold brew and uses it daily. We are a big coffee family.

Love this grinder. But as importantly, the service I received from the Kitchen Barista was top notch. Through no fault of their own, I had a problem with the DF54 I initially purchased and they were very supportive, sending me PDF and guides to diagnose the problem. Super helpful and informative, I ended up upgrading to the Mignon Zero and had no issues at all. Online and in store they were great. Will buy from them again for sure.
I have been very happy with all the flavours of syrup I have received. I definitely will be order more.
