If you've watched or read reviews of this scale or Acaia scales and/or other coffee scales in general. It lives up to the hype. Incredibly sensitive and accurate. Maybe the fastest and most responsive electronic device I've ever used ever, while definitely being the fastest and most responsive scale I've ever used. Robust while being lightweight and incredibly easy to use and position.

And it is fast. No latency using the buttons. Turns on fast. Is ready fast. Tares fast. Weighs fast. Changes modes fast. Must have for any commercial espresso cafe environment intent on using scales, where accuracy and speed are of utmost importance for perfect service.

For home users you will get the best scale on the market.

The different modes are fantastic, easy to learn and control. The settings menu is well done, allowing you to customize the scales function to your ideal use.

Only downside for some users may be its physical size, which might be a problem for some. But in practice, it allows it to be light, very easy and fast to move with one hand, and fit under any espresso machine's group head, while also taking up minimal counter space next to an espresso grinder. But is still large enough to have no issues holding or weighing a portafilter whatsoever.

The scale also cleans very easily when getting coffee grinds, water, milk, or coffee on it. I wouldn't ever soak it in water or run it under the sink, but a clean wet cloth does the job perfectly.

There's also an app that allows you to save and record your shots and weights and whatnot, which while I haven't tried I'm sure I will get into.

No issues or problems and have nothing but amazing things to say about the scale. Definitely a worthwhile investment.

One of my favourite flavours. Mild, but delicious cinnamon flavour. The coffee itself does not have a strong flavour - which is great because a lot of flavoured coffee is strong and overpowers the flavour.
