Beautiful machine, very quiet, I use a sensitive scale, and measure 18.0 or 18.1g beans and get exactly that out of it with a couple sharp taps on the bellows. Love that grinds won’t build up, anti-static cup to catch the grinds stays clean easily.
For the seller company, it didn’t arrive as quick as its competition where I bought my espresso machine from. However it was only 1 business day longer, and customer service was very responsive (fast and friendly) even though they couldn’t check or do any UPS adjustments for me.

These are high quality, beautiful colored mugs.
The finish is immaculate on these cups, they're weighty, they're wide and the colors they come in are very nice. No defects, cracks or issues when i received them.
Kitchen Barista packs things very well. They came surrounded in a thick wrap of bubble wrap secured tightly.
They are my favorite mugs to use, and really showed how much easier they are for making latte art for a beginner due to the shape.
Overall, great cups, worth the price, feel like they'll last a life time!
Really good decaf coffee. Honestly, if nobody told me it was decaf, I probably wouldn't know. It has a nice smooth taste, not too strong and not watered down like some other decaf brands I've tried.
I usually have a cup in the morning with and sometimes in the evening and it hits the spot without keeping me up all night. Plus, the K-Cups work perfectly every time. Definitely one of those coffees I'll be buying again. ☕👍
This is actually the third Bonavita 5-cup I've bought in my life, one for me and I've gifted them twice. It's a simple machine, no timers or anything, but it brews a good cup of coffee if you also pick good beans. Does not have a warming element, it's a sealed carafe. I haven't really tested how long it stays warm, I have the smaller machine because I'm just making what I want to drink right away.
I prefer the smaller pot with the cone filter so the water pours over a deeper well of coffee, if we have company I just brew two pots.
Some people dislike that the filter basket stays with the pot itself and you have to put it somewhere before you can put the lid on and pour, I have a tumbler glass beside the maker that I set it on every morning, not a deal breaker for me.
I've had mine since 2017 and it's still working fine, so good return on investment too as I know people who have bought cheaper coffee makers and have to replace them every few years.
This is the best syrup with white chocolate flavour that I tasted.
