The Kitchen Barista was awesome to deal with, upgrading our machine to one that made iced coffees. Hopefully our Commercial Keurig will last a few years but we will be back to purchase another unit from them in the future if needed!

I thought it would have only a hint of Carmel flavor. But it is like bitting into a plain candy and getting a wonderful surprise. Better yet it does not wipe out the rich milk chocolate flavor.
