Staff Hand Picked Grinders

After purchasing a POS varia vs6 elsewhere (do not recommend) I was back to square one. Decided to research much deeper and just bite the bullet on price. No it’s not cheap, but it makes a timemore or eureka look like a children’s toy in comparison. The Mazzer Philos is hands down a lifetime piece. It’s built like a tank, it makes coffee that surpasses most coffee shops, and is absolutely perfect in every way. The shipping and order process was very easy and Kitchen Barista were fantastic to deal with. 10/10 highly recommend.

This is just a great beast of a grinder.

This container is super airtight and keeps my beans really fresh. I’m looking to grab another one in the same size that holds about a 1 pound. Very useful and must-have.

Recently we started researching espresso machines.
The Kitchen Barista was one of the many businesses I contacted by phone and email.

I was mainly dealing with Taha who I honestly thought he must have owned the business because of the time and the care he put into making sure I received answers to my questions. Taha is definetly passionate about coffee and You can see how important it is to him that the customer is happy.
Taha Told us several times he doesn’t want to rush us to buy something because he wants to make sure that he understands exactly what we are hoping to get out of our purchase So that he may help us choose the right machine so that we will be happy for years to come. We didn’t feel any pressure at all but we definitely felt the support And care that made us feel like we could take the time before we made a decision. I feel as consumers lots of times we are rushed and then sometimes we don’t make the right decision so we really appreciated this about Taha. The first time we drove down from Peterborough and thought we were gonna bring a machine home we did not end up making a decision that day. Even though we didn’t make a decision that day we knew Farwell that we would definitely be returning to purchase from this gentleman at this business because he really Went above and beyond and we already felt a sense of trust with Taha.

The second time we went To The Kitchen Barista We ended up choosing the La Marzocco linea micra!
During this visit we also met the owner Because as it turns out Taha It’s not the owner but I could see that The owner was quite similar as well in wanting us to have the best experience and also to feel satisfied with our purchase and to build a long-term relationship. For instance if we ever need service for this machine or machine machines we already own they have somebody on site who was very knowledgable. We actually ended up bringing an old machine that we had and have left it there for service.
Everyone we encountered was excellent!! I don’t write a ton of reviews and certainly have never written one this long but I honestly think this business is deserving of it!

I ended up purchasing some cappuccino , latte cups, caramel sauce etc…. It is nice to know that I can place an order and they will just ship it out so I will be using them for all of my coffee needs!

They were a very competitive with price so not only did we get excellent customer service we also saved money on the products that we purchased including the machine.
They honestly have a coffee machine for every budget!

I highly recommend Taha And the other team members honestly I could see they care about their Customers and do not see this is just a job they go to, You could tell they are continuously learning and shared that with me too And that they want to be able to share with others. My Husband has been drinking espresso for many years we are 60 years old and he learned many things as did I during our two visits!!!
