The Kitchen Barista was prompt in processing my order, when they were not able to supply one Item they refunded the purchase. Although they were not able to supply the second part of the order as ordered they upgraded my coffee machine at no additional expense. The order was delivered in reasonable time even when Ontario was in the grips of an ice event that shut power across a large portion of the province.
I would definitely order from them again.
