    Buy it! You won’t be disappointed.

    Grinder: The build quality on this is no joke. All components feel premium and well made. My initial concerns before buying were common complaints of: button failure and noise.
    Button: it seems that the people who experienced button failure were the ones that received their DF64 with the red plastic button. I was relieved to see that KB sent my grinder with the silver metal button.
    Noise: It really isn’t as loud as people make it seem. I had no problems using this in my mornings.
    Dialing in was effortless. 3 shots in I’m already making delicious, fruity, well bodied and balanced shots. This definitely gets me more fruity flavour tones than my old 1Zpresso J-Ultra hand grinder.

    KB Customer Service: Amazing. Any questions/concerns I had before/after ordering were responded to within 10 minutes.

    really, really good grinder

    coming from a old baratza vario, this is definitely a step up. it is quicker, and quieter (yes) and really improves the workflow. its also a cleaner machine. quality is excellent. serviceability is excellent. the pump at the top works really well as long as the grinder is on. i have had no issues with messes. that plasma thing does a very good job. i love being able to dose the exact amount of beans. i think you could grind a single dose with any grinder, but you'd be left with a lot more grinds left behind. this has been designed with single dose in mind. i wouldn't go back to the old machine.
