I was looking for a low retention grinder as I’ve adapted an existing grinder to do the job but wanted to get my espresso prep simpler.
This machine does a great job with very little retention and I haven’t really had to even break it in unlike other grinders in the past that took 10 pounds of beans to settle down it’s expensive but it’s worth it!
