Ordered a new pop up early December and it arrived with a faulty prime valve. The team and Vagif specifically were quick to address my concerns, provide me options to fix it and expedite shipping of a replacement part while covering the cost of the repair and supplies. This is the best decaf tea I have found. Great flavour. Order was easily placed and arrived quickly. The one negative is the barrage of promo emails that follow several times a day. These started immediatlely and efforts to block have failed. It is very annoying.
