De'Longhi LatteCrema Cool Upgrade Set for Rivelia - DLSC032

The De'Longhi LatteCrema Cool Upgrade Set (DLSC032) turns your Rivelia into a cold-foam machine. It's a drop-in carafe upgrade that unlocks a set of one-touch iced milk drinks the standard hot LatteCrema carafe can't make — cold foam that holds its structure instead of collapsing into the ice within seconds.

What the upgrade adds

• Six one-touch cold recipes: Swapping in the Cool carafe unlocks a dedicated set of cold foam drinks on the Rivelia's touchscreen — iced lattes, cold cappuccinos and cold foam toppers, each built at the press of a button.
• Cold foam that actually lasts: The carafe froths milk without heating it, producing a dense, stable cold microfoam rather than the thin bubbles you get from shaking or hand-frothing chilled milk.
• Dairy or plant-based: Works with whole and skim dairy as well as oat, almond and soy alternatives, so cold drinks aren't limited to one type of milk.
• Zero waste storage: Unused milk stays sealed in the carafe and goes straight into the fridge for the next drink — nothing needs to be poured away between coffees.
• Self-cleaning system: An automatic rinse cycle runs the milk circuit clean after every use, and the removable components are dishwasher safe.
• Four thermal glasses included: Two medium and two large double-walled glasses, insulated to keep iced drinks cold, condensation-free on the outside, and dishwasher safe.
• Recipe book included: A printed guide to the cold foam recipes, with ratios and build order for each.

Compatibility

Compatible with all De'Longhi Rivelia fully automatic bean-to-cup espresso machines. The Cool carafe fits the same dock as the standard LatteCrema carafe — no tools, no setup, just swap it in and the machine recognises it.
