Jura Z10 Gen 2 Automatic Espresso Machine (Aluminum White)

The second-generation Jura Z10 is the most complete machine Jura builds for the home — a single-grinder superautomatic that treats hot and cold coffee as two genuinely different disciplines rather than one recipe served at two temperatures. In Aluminum White, with a brushed aluminium front and a 4.3" colour touchscreen, it is the lighter of the two Gen 2 finishes and the easier one to place in a pale kitchen.

What's new in Gen 2

Gen 2 expands the drinks list to 51 individually programmed specialities across four worlds of indulgence — Hot Classic, Light Brew, Cold Brew and Sweet Foam — and upgrades the grinder to the Professional Aroma Grinder P.R.G. 2+. The machine knows whether you asked for a hot or a cold speciality and shifts its grind accordingly, coarser for cold extraction, finer for espresso, returning to its starting position after each cycle. No menu diving, and no compromise recipe in the middle.

Cold Brew that actually tastes like cold brew

Rather than chilling hot coffee, the Z10 pulses high-pressure cold water through a coarse bed of freshly ground beans. You get the low-acid, rounded sweetness of a slow steep in under a minute — Cold Brew Espresso, Americano, Flat White, Latte Macchiato, Cortado and Mocaccino all sit on the same screen as their hot counterparts.
