Loving the machine so far. It pulls great shots and looks nice in the kitchen. I would give it 4.5 stars as the knob to open the steam wand is not ergonomic at all. Would recommend the plus which has a lever but hopefully Ascaso can update the knob in future iterations of the duo and uno.
I'm so happy to have finally found a reliable source for my beloved classico coffee pods....the flavor is perfect for my early mornings....bold enough but not too strong....My day just doesn't start well if I don't have my classico!

I purchased the De'Longhi PrimaDonna Elite Automatic Cappuccino & Espresso Machine on September 1st, and it was delivered on September 5th. Upon setting it up, the machine failed to complete the initial start-up process, displaying an error message indicating a faulty system (infuser or other issues).
I contacted De'Longhi customer service the next day, and they arranged a video inspection of the unit, which confirmed the issue. The agent then requested that I send proof of purchase to validate the warranty. After several days of waiting, I received an email asking me to tape another video, this time showing that I had cleaned the infuser. This request made no sense, as the machine is brand new and has never been used. Regardless, I had already cleaned the infuser both by myself and during the initial video inspection with the agent.
I am writing this review about the poor customer service experience, as I haven’t even had the chance to use the machine yet. For a high-end product like this, I expected much better support. The machine is still non-functional, and the back-and-forth process has been frustrating and inconvenient.
