The Appia Life 3 Group Semi-Automatic is the highest-capacity manual configuration in Nuova Simonelli's workhorse line: three full-spacing commercial groups, a 15 L boiler, and start-stop dosing with nothing programmed between the button and the cup.

• Semi-automatic dosing: the barista starts and stops every shot. No volumetrics, no electronics in the shot path.
• Three full-spacing groups: a third station at peak without crowding the working area.
• Soft Infusion System (SIS): progressive pre-infusion in every group, evening out prep errors at speed.
• Push-pull steam levers with ergonomic wands: quick one-hand steam control on both wands.
