The Aurelia Wave Digit adds a digital control layer to Nuova Simonelli's flagship two-group platform: a display per machine with shot timers, temperature setting and diagnostics, on top of programmable volumetric dosing.

What you get

Choosing within the Aurelia Wave range

Digit sits between the Volumetric and the T3. It gives the readouts and temperature control most specialty bars actually use day to day. If you run multiple roasts at different temperatures simultaneously, the T3's independent per-group thermal control is the step up; if you never touch the temperature, the standard Volumetric saves the difference.

Best suited to

Specialty cafes that dial in seasonally rotating coffees and want shot data visible on the bar without external timers.

220V, dedicated circuit required. A water softening system is mandatory: scale damage is not covered under warranty. Available in Black, White or Red. EasyCream automatic milk-foaming wand available as a factory option.
