Choosing within the Aurelia Wave range

Semi-Automatic is the manual-control member of the family. Volumetric adds programmable doses, Digit adds shot timers and temperature control on a display, and T3 adds independent per-group thermal control. Three groups over two is a throughput decision: it buys a third station at peak, not better coffee.

Best suited to

High-volume specialty bars with experienced, scale-driven baristas, and operations running two staff on the machine at peak.

Special order, typically 6 to 12 weeks. 220V, dedicated circuit required. A water softening system is mandatory: scale damage is not covered under warranty. Available in Black, White or Red. EasyCream automatic milk-foaming wand available as a factory option.
